Pleiku Coffee is an ambitious new coffee concept in Prague’s Libeň district from the team behind Mazelab and Cafefin. Coffee is very much the main event: a central bar puts the brewing process on display, while a dedicated coffee gallery explores origins, soils and aromas, with carefully selected beans including Vietnamese coffees and unusual varieties. Alongside hand brews, expect drinks such as ube and hojicha lattes and an Asian-influenced brunch menu. It feels closer to a small coffee laboratory than a conventional café — a place to slow down, taste and learn rather than simply grab an espresso.
