OGATA

OGATA is a multidisciplinary Japanese cultural space set inside a 17th-century hôtel particulier in the Haut-Marais. Created by designer Shinichiro Ogata, it brings together a restaurant, contemporary tea salon, boutique and exhibition space under one roof. The restaurant reinterprets Japanese home cooking and regional traditions through seasonal French produce, while the SABŌ explores Japanese tea alongside handmade wagashi. More than a restaurant, OGATA is an immersive introduction to contemporary Japanese aesthetics, craftsmanship and ritual.
