MELRO

Merlo Caffè is a specialty coffee spot in the Marais, combining serious coffee with a particularly polished aesthetic. Costa Rican beans roasted by Paris-based Fève cover espresso, cortado and filter, while the menu expands into matcha, seasonal lattes and a small selection of cakes and cookies. Warm wood, silver details and abundant floral arrangements — a nod to co-founder Onja’s background in floral design — make it as much about the setting as the coffee.
