Cortado brings a distinctly Spanish take on the Paris coffee shop to Rue Charlot in the Marais. Coffee is made with beans from Barcelona’s Nomad, while the food leans Iberian: pan con tomate, anchovies, Bellota ham and other small “cositas” alongside pastries and brunch dishes. Later in the day, natural wine joins the equation, turning what starts as a coffee stop into an easy aperitivo address.
