BLUMERY

Blumery is a café, bistro and evening bar on Jiřího z Poděbrad Square in Vinohrady, created by the team behind Kolektor. Set inside a former post office, the space was designed by Cirque.Menu around changing light, with metal, wood and textiles shifting character from morning coffee to red-toned evenings. Come for specialty coffee and breakfast or brunch, but it’s designed to carry you into natural wine, cocktails and dinner — with a particularly good view towards Jože Plečnik’s Church of the Most Sacred Heart.
